the contract law exam is closed book. so at first we were quite freaked out, because there are so many cases and how are we supposed to memorise them all? but then the convenor of the contract module tells us that they will release a list of cases, and we'll only need to know those cases. so everyone breathes easy, and lives to mug another day ( Read more... )
